‘Since we moved into these empty premises in April, it has been amazing to see the office take shape and transform into a place of bustling activity. As the team has continued to grow, we have had to order five additional workstations to accommodate for our core staff and the experts who come in on a weekly basis,’ says project director, David Dupont-Mouritzen.
Dupont-Mouritzen is also very happy about the original CIP decision to launch the HØST project with a local team in Esbjerg. ‘Even with CIP being headquartered not too far away in Copenhagen, I’m convinced that our local project office in Esbjerg will serve the project well. Ultimately, it is the close and direct interaction with local stakeholders and authorities that will move this project forward,’ says Dupont-Mouritzen.
The HØST PtX Esbjerg project is scheduled for Final Investment Decision (FID) in 2023.
